OpenMyDrawing

Terms of service

Version 2026-10-25, in force from 25 October 2026.

The OpenMyDrawing app for Android is provided by Luka Ehitus OÜ ("we"), a business established in Estonia, in the European Union. You can reach us at support@openmydrawing.com. Our full details are on the Company page. These terms are the contract between you and us for using the app. Google Play's own terms apply to getting the app from Google Play.

What the app does

Measurements are yours to check

Measurements depend on the scale of the drawing; check the scale before you rely on a measurement. Check quantities before you order materials or price a job.

Your files

You keep all rights to the files you open. Only open files you are allowed to use. We use your files only to show them to you, as described in the privacy notice, and never to train AI. If you use the app for your business and a file contains personal data, we process it on your behalf as your processor: only to show it to you, under confidentiality and with the security described on the Security page, with no other processor than the provider of our server named in the privacy notice, and deleting it as the privacy notice says. We help you answer requests from the people concerned and tell you without delay about any breach affecting your data.

Fair use

Do not use the app to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to get around the Preview mark. We may block requests that do, and limit how many requests one connection can make.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but cannot promise it is never interrupted; the app needs an internet connection to open a drawing. We are liable to consumers as the law provides. If you use the app for your business, we are not liable for lost profit or other indirect loss; this does not apply to damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence.

Complaints

Write to support@openmydrawing.com. We confirm that we have received it and answer within 15 days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when you will have our answer.

If you are a consumer and do not agree with our answer, you can apply free of charge to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia, info@ttja.ee, +372 667 2000, ttja.ee. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can also help, free of charge.

Law and courts

Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can go to court there. Disputes with business users are settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Estonia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is always on this page, with its date at the top. You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. Uninstalling does not by itself delete what the app keeps on your phone; the privacy notice says how to.
